Three Bath home offers over 2,000 square feet of living space with plenty of options for your entertaining. The home provides all the comforts of Florida living with its designer touches and an attention to detail. The kitchen is appointed with stainless-steel appliances, stylish wood cabinets and granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar for starting each day with a Cup-of-Joe.
Complement your dining with every meal at the impressive dining area or to enjoy an evening of games.
The Master bedroom is spacious with two walk-in closets and adjoining private master bath with soaking tub, glass enclosed walk-in shower, and dual basin sinks.
The Second bedroom suite is nicely situated with its own bathroom outfitted with combination tub and shower.
The Third bedroom is located by the front of the house and it has its own private bathroom.
Fourth bedroom/DEN/office is providing a pull-out couch and desk as an office.
The Extras include grill, bikes, televisions, laundry room with washer & dryer, attached two car garage (owner is using half of the garage for their car), and sliders leading from the living room to screened in pool area.
This is a fabulous location and Community offers at no extra expense the Resort-style pool area with the on-site state-of-the-art fitness center, billiard and game room, walking trails, tennis courts, to the stylish Club house that includes a conference room and a grand library for enjoying a rainy day with a book.
Please note, that the owner may have a car in his garage. Parking may be limited to only one space in the garage or only driveway space. No discounts.

Summary: The pool/spa was the highlight of the unit. We enjoyed the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the access to the area. A few minor hiccups at first since no instructions for the pool, TV were provided but we contacted agent and these items were resolved quickly. We were rent this house again in a heartbeat but it is not available. We hope we can in the future and everyone will love the pool.
